Apple release iOS 15.2 to the public under the build number 19C56 and it’s available for every iOS15 supportable device around the world. So, from the iPhone 6S, 6S Plus, and all the way up to the latest iPhones. However, if you are not seen the update, go to settings > general then tap on the software update and you will see the update. By the way, if you are still not seen it yet, tap on automatic update, then turn off automatic update and check again. After that, you will be able to install the iOS 15.2 latest update. This specific update comes in less than 1GB file size and it will be the same size the off of the devices. Along with this update, Apple also releases iPadOS 15.2, watchOS 8.3, tvOS 15.2, HomePadOS 15.2, and macOS Monterey 12.1.
iOS 15.2 – What’s New?
Communication safety for 13 years of age or younger
If you are having children 13 age or younger, you can use this new feature called Communication safety and messages. This will protect children from unnecessary photos or messages. Basically, the neural engine will identify unnecessary photos or messages then alert their parents or adult trusted person.
App Privacy Report
With this feature, you will be able to track, how the apps are using your information or network activity. And how many times they contact you, how many times they collect information from your device, and etc… To find it, go to setting, then privacy, and at the bottom, you will see the privacy report feature. So, this feature will provide information on how the apps use your data.
This feature will provide a facility to access the data if the iPhone user passed away. However, to use this feature, iPhone users should add someone as a legacy contact. To find it, go to settings, and tap on the user name. Under the password and security and you will find the legacy contact.
Updated Emergency Information
Now you can make an emergency call by pressing and holding the power, or button volume up. Or pressing 5 times of the power, sleep or wake or button volume up. Or To find it, go to settings, then emergency SOS and you will find it here.

Updated Siri – Now you can use Siri, while the device is locked.
Updated Macro Camera for iPhone 13 Pro or 13 Pro Max – With iOS 15.2, the macro camera has more improvement.
Limit IP Adress Tracking – This feature is previously known as a private relay. This will provide a facility to hide user information using iCloud Plus.
Updated CarPlay – With iOS 15.2, you will have an improved and detailed city map.
Hide your E-mails – If you are an iCloud Plus subscriber, you can use this new feature by creating a random email address. To find it, go to your mails, then tap on create, and from. and under the form, you will find the “Hide My E-mail” option.
Updated TV App – With the iOS 15.2 update, you can buy, or rent, or store movies or tv shows directly from the TV app.
New Modem Update – If you are facing issues with the switch between 5G and 4G, hopefully, this update will solve those problems.
